Activ Club Terms and Conditions
This agreement is for your ongoing Activ Club subscription. It outlines your rights, our commitment to you, your responsibilities and where you should go for assistance.
Terms of your subscription
You must be 18 years or over.
To activate your Activ Club subscription you must provide your payment information, email address and contact details.
By providing these details, you authorise genU to automatically debit your nominated account on the third Tuesday of each month until it is updated according to this Agreement.
You authorise genU to automatically debit your nominated credit card monthly for the amount of tickets specified when registering, until further notice.
Your nominated volume of ticket(s) will be repeated each month until it is updated according to this Agreement.
The debit amount will be for the volume of ticket(s) you nominated, as updated according to this Agreement.
Once your credit card payment is approved, your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address, which was provided at the time of registration.
If the payment is declined, for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute, and so on, genU cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming genU Lottery. It is your responsibility to contact genU with an alternative payment method on 1300 270 771.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available in the nominated account to meet each payment on the due date.
Once your payment is received each month, you will receive an allocation of “tickets” to the value of your automatic monthly Activ Club subscription. Your tickets will be emailed to you.
We may retry debits for Activ Club lottery tickets at various times after the first unsuccessful payment.
The terms and conditions of the genU Lotteries apply and are subject to change.

If payment is due on a non-banking day (e.g. public holiday), it will be debited from your account on or around the next business day.
Ticket numbers are randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.
Should a lottery be sold out at the time of becoming an Activ Club member, you will be placed onto a waitlist for tickets in the current lottery. You will still receive tickets in all future lotteries nominated that are not sold out.
If you are on a waitlist and offered a ticket in a sold out lottery, you must take up that ticket or else forfeit your place on this list. If you are on the waitlist, you will receive confirmation of a ticket prior to the closing of the lottery.
Changes to your subscription made by you
You must notify the genU team of any changes to your payment details, email and contact details by contacting lotteries@genu.org.au or 1300 270 771.
You can also adjust your volume of tickets at any time by contacting genU at lotteries@genu.org.au or 1300 270 771.
Requests for changes to your Activ Club subscription must be received at least five working days prior to the next scheduled payment.
Changes to your subscription made by genU
We might need to change this Agreement for compliance or other reasons. We will give you at least 14 days’ notice in writing when changes are proposed to this Agreement.
If you continue your subscription, then we take it that you accept the changes. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your subscription at lotteries@genu.org.au or 1300 270 771.
We will endeavour to purchase your preferred volume of tickets each month. However, ticket prices may change. In such instances, we will provide you with at least 14 days’ notice of any changes to:
- The ticket pricing. genU will continue to debit funds from your account and provide the closest number tickets up to your agreed transaction amount. You will have the option to change the number of tickets you purchase or cancel your Activ Club subscription at any time; and
- The Activ Club payment date. genU will continue to debit funds from your account for the agreed transaction amount on the new payment dates.
You can cancel your Activ Club subscription at any time by contacting genU at lotteries@genu.org.au or 1300 270 771.
Refunds
If you request a refund on the purchase of genU lottery tickets, you will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor commission. This process may take several weeks. Refunds will not be issued after the prize draw close date and time.

Activ Gold Club Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Key Dates:
Gold Club Prize Draw Close – Midnight, Wednesday 25 March 2026
Gold Club Prize Draw Date – Friday, 27 March 2026
Conditions of entry:
All Activ Club members who have signed up to receive automatic tickets in all three of genU lottery campaigns before the closing date of midnight, Wednesday 25th March 2026 will be eligible for the Gold Club Prize Draw.
You must have tickets selected in all of the following lottery campaigns in your Activ Club subscription to be included in the draw:
Better Odds Lottery, Car for a Cause Lottery and Weekly Escape Lottery.
The following people are prohibited from entering this prize draw: genU Board Members, Executive Managers, and ticket fulfillment team. Any family members of the above residing at the same address are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.
Prize
A $2,000 voucher for Luxury Escapes. Luxury Escapes
This voucher will be sent to the winner’s email address once contact has been made with the winner.
Prize Draw
The prize draw will be completed on Friday, 27 March 2026 at genU, 327 Cambridge Street, Wembley, WA, 6014.
Once off draw, valid only from 25th February 2026 to 25th March 2026.
